1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BafanTattoo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BafanTattoo is an AI-powered tattoo design generator. Users can generate tattoo designs using AI, save designs to a personal gallery, and optionally share them publicly. The Service is provided "as is" and subject to change at any time.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Credits

New accounts receive 500 free credits. Each tattoo generation costs 100 credits. Additional credits may be purchased through PayPal. Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to adjust credit prices at any time.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the design concepts you input as prompts. However, you grant BafanTattoo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute designs you publish to the public gallery. You must not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes third-party rights.

6. AI-Generated Designs

Designs are generated by AI and may not be perfectly unique or suitable for every use. BafanTattoo makes no guarantee that generated designs are original, free from copyright claims, or suitable for commercial use as tattoo flash. Always work with a licensed tattoo artist for final designs.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. BafanTattoo does not store your payment details. All purchases are final. If you experience a technical issue with a payment, contact us and we will investigate.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Using the Service to generate harmful, hateful, or illegal content
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
• Using automated tools to generate designs at scale without permission
• Reselling or commercially exploiting generated designs without disclosure

9. Limitation of Liability

BafanTattoo is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to the quality of generated designs, loss of credits due to technical failures, or decisions made based on generated content.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
